A work in progress

Hey team, okay. So here are my initial pics of our back garden.

I've had a few tech issues getting all this together *snort* but I'm getting there.
And here are some new and partially improved views

So that's it so far!

Wow! That must have taken some hard work! I love the way everything pivots around the little 'stove'(?) and gives a Japanese-type feel. The deckig paths and the gravel add to that. And I can quite see that you can't fence your rabbit out of the entire area, but maybe some kind of barriers around your best plants until they're established?? Or other plants nearby that will tempt him and are, in fact, for him?
As this is a work in progress, we expect further updates!!

Heh, the pot bunnies! I've been watching Jack (Jack Black, the rabbit) and he's pretty much ignoring the new plants. And the cat mint has doubled in size, despite Hunter lying on top of it the other day!
And sure, there will be updates, when I find a new source of my stones!

Looks great :) I am jealous of your weather. It is freezing here in Pennsylvania!

Hey John. Yeah, it's HOT here right now. My car registered 38 this afternoon, but it's actually about 24. In your terms that's... um... 100 and 75! You could do with some warmth, I guess, right now. One less stress! But I do love cold weather.

I love what you've done, it's really looking good! It must have taken you ages to set out and do all the work. You're going to have a beautiful garden and it will all be worth it though. Hope you can manage to keep bunny in check.

Thanks! The bunny (Jack) is not paying too much attention to the new plants, luckily. He's getting a bit old and it's too hot for much action!
It's easy to dig here because we're on an old swamp and it's sandy soil!

It looks amazing. As I have absolutely no ability to make things grow, I'm amazed when I see what people can do in that area. :)

Aw, thanks!!! You are pretty talented, I bet you could grow stuff!! I don't take many risks, I grow the hardy stuff on the whole. And our back yard is very sheltered, so it's like a little tropical corner! I like to go out at night and just stand in the garden in the dark (when it's not windy) and soak up my own created Zen-like atmosphere!

Hmmm, I think I need a new zen Asian garden icon...!
