I return for the final term of the school year - yikes - later this morning ... Nine frantic weeks then it's over for the year. I have a heap of responsibilities to attend to this term but I've done them once before, at the end of last year, so here's hoping I have a better idea of what to expect and what to produce.
I'm kind of looking forward to seeing everyone again. My colleagues have become friends of a kind, daily friends, who have adjusted slowly to the idea that I'm not going anywhere soon. I know my job can be considered a stinker but I actually like it.
But now it's after one in the morning, I feel like I wish I could have done so much some other time, but to be honest, I just didn't want to, huh. And now I've run out of time, I must go to bed. Maybe it doesn't matter how much you try to be prepared, some of us just don't have all the t's crossed and the i's dotted. And maybe that's not the most important thing. Maybe having a heart (it's what my boss likes about me in this job) - maybe that really DOES matter.

See you later.
