OMG Christy has to finish her art portfolio tonight and she's still painting at 11 pm.

This afternoon (Sunday afternoon) I went to school for a Samoan Mass. They had set the Hall up with Samoan mats and an altar, and lots of parents came. I sat between my Principal and the Assistant Principal, and the whole Mass was in Samoan. We were treated as honoured guests, and received lolly leis to wear around our necks. Then we had to sit at a special table with the priest and get served our food, while the others all had smorgasbord. It was amazing food, taro, chop suey, marinated fish, cooked fish, fried chicken, corned beef, nothing particularly ...healthy LOL! And dessert, and they gave us a coffee with about a zillion sugars in it. I could barely sip it and imagined it getting up and walking out by itself! *shudder* Still it was nice to be there and show them our support.

Tomorrow, a really busy day, a lunchtime liturgy, a long meeting after school. Then Finn has tennis... I have another set of tests to mark... maybe I'll take them to bed! I wish you all a good day-night-Monday when it comes. Mine is coming faster than I would have liked!

...though I am a very last minute person who works best under (extreme) pressure so I can't really say too much *g*

That sounds like a fantastic experience!

I just got home from an unexpected trip to London. Another of my f'list posted a cat pic and her cat is a mirror image of your cat... probably because it lives in UK, not NZ. Look up moonlettuce and see her post for 30th October. Cat under cut. I told her about yours.
