First time after Easter I get a chance to sit at the table and do some editing. I've been here ten minutes tops and ...Asher falls off his skateboard. I've asked and asked him not to skateboard but he insists. Now he's got a possible broken finger, a heap of grazed knuckles, a cut above his lip and a miserable look on his face. I can't believe it. I just want some peace. Is that too much to ask? I need a shed. There's a book about Kiwi blokes and their sheds. Unfortunately I am not a bloke and our shed is full of wood and crap. We have no spare rooms any more. *pout* I'm feeling stymied! And soon I have to take Christy to the quilt exhibition for her scholarship course. Aaaaaaaaaaaargh! Is it too greedy to want an hour to myself?

*sigh* I guess if you have children, this is what you get. I'll try again while they're all sitting on the couch... yeah, all, three of mine, two of their friends, the tv...

I think I might just leave Asher to hurt for a while.....
Any chance of building another shed, just for you?
*throws you the keys to the lighthouse*

P.S. That toad/frog in my icon was in our garden, just waiting for someone like Asher to do something silly!! *g*

Our friends popped in for a coffee, and they're both doctors, and they made me feel guilty for not choosing the option of early intervention. So Christy and I took Asher to the After Hours Clinic. They cleansed his wounds, taped his split lip, x-rayed his hand and bandaged and slinged him. Cost me $100.
*grabs lighthouse keys and makes a run for it*

We don't really have enough garden
I'm just going to have to be tougher. "LEAVE ME ALONE!" kind of shouting might have to take place *g*

Did you say that frog was IN your garden? OMG we don't get those!
