I am slowly getting ON TOP OF THINGS. I have made a Term Two roll book. I have started reading my emails. I have sorted half the papers in my office. I have paid a lot of bills. Life goes on. At least I have arms and legs. If you're not sure what that means, watch this five minute clip I've been using in my classroom this week, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zOzsjEmjjHs&list=FLA5t2I7VcVAXs40W1lBr3rg&index=2&feature=plpp_video
Things to adjust to if you have a kitten in the house:
never walk without assuming it will be under your feet
never trail a cord or sash
do not push fish in the sink
do not turn away as you close the fridge - next time you open it you might find the kitten
do not make sudden movements in the bed
always make bag-packing look boring
just give him the sock
and put the lid down on the toilet
It is pouring with rain tonight. I am looking forward to getting into bed and pulling up the covers.
